The company consists of:

• Dr Duncan Bury, Managing Director and the founder and originator of the concept of Miascape.
  Duncan thinks harder about personal coaching and Board interventions.
• Jane Buick, Sales Director, a social psychologist who has been instrumental in underpinning the approaches taken.
  Jane thinks harder about transformation projects.
  
• Tom Bury, Product Development, in between rugby duty and studying for a degree in international business.
  Tom thinks harder about product development
